We are looking for an Installation Supervisor to join our team for both smaller and large-scale industrial automation projects.

Job responsibilities
- Leading installation teams on projects in the automotive and industrial environment
- Organization and coordination of electrical installation works on site
- Installation and supervision of:
- Robotic equipment
- Conveyor systems
- Technological lines
- Responsibility for the installation process and adherence to the project schedule
- Communication with the customer on site
- Resolving operational issues on the project
- Projects involving approximately 2–25 people
Candidate requirements
- Education in electrical engineering (secondary school or university degree)
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of:
- Automation
- Installation of production lines
- Robotics
- Experience in team or project leadership
- German language proficiency at minimum B2 level (active verbal and written communication)
- Knowledge of English is an advantage
- Category B driving licence – required
- Own personal vehicle – required
- Willingness to travel within the EU according to project needs
- Responsibility, independence, organisational skills
